You may be aware that JLR has recently experienced a cyber incident. As a result, vehicle production has been temporarily halted, and genuine parts deliveries are currently suspended. In addition, the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) is offline, meaning we are unable to respond to part finder enquiries at this time.

This is a global issue affecting JLR systems, and while efforts are underway to restore services, there is no confirmed timeframe for full resolution. We do not expect any deliveries of genuine parts this week, and once supply resumes, there will likely be a backlog of outstanding orders.

However, we do hold strong stock of many genuine parts, along with OE and Britpart alternatives, to help cover your requirements.
